How to pay
- On the website: by card, in US dollars, through Stripe. Each payment is one-off: there is no subscription by card. Cards issued in Russia are not accepted; people in Russia pay with Telegram Stars.
- In the Telegram bot: with Telegram Stars, because Telegram requires them for digital goods inside its app.
Your purchases and your plan sit on one account, whichever way you pay.
With a promo code a service may come free or at a discount — the terms are in the terms of service.
Refunds
- If a run fails before its first file appears, the purchase comes back to you on its own, and you can start it again.
- For a purchase you have not started yet, we refund the full amount the way you paid: in Stars in Telegram, or to your card.
- A duplicate charge for the same service is refunded in full.
- A Pro or Max plan ends at once on a refund. There are no partial refunds.

Payment questions
Why is the check free?
Because it is the best way to see whether to go further. A full report without signing up is our bet: if the idea does not hold, you learn it for nothing.
How many checks can I run?
Without an account, 3 checks in total. With an account the checks are free and unlimited.
How much does a concept change cost?
A concept change is a new deep analysis with what changed: the research, the concept and the business plan again. It costs a concept, $1, or nothing if you hold a gift or the month's free concept. The earlier version stays.
Is there a subscription?
Only Pro and Max, for a project after Go to market and for the modules that work every day. Checking stays free; the concept and Go to market are one-off payments.
What if Go to market does not work out?
Go to market carries the guarantee “We get you to 1”: a live landing page, two weeks of posts and the banners, or your money back. It holds while you take part: you answer Fox's questions and make the decisions — if a question waits for your answer for 5 business days in a row, the guarantee lapses. Ask for a refund under it within 2 weeks of the purchase. The steps are in the terms of service.
