What the top articles say and what they leave out
What the first page of results misses
- You get no itemized breakdown of kennel equipment, fencing, and facility build-out costs.
- You won't find what local kennels and boarding apps actually charge, so you can't benchmark your prices.
- You aren't told the real cost of kennel licenses, zoning approval, and liability insurance.
- You see no measured search demand for dog boarding in any area.
- You learn nothing about kennels that closed and the mistakes that sank them.
- The top guides skip an itemized breakdown of kennel equipment, fencing and facility build-out costs.
- They don't show what local kennels and boarding apps charge, or the real cost of kennel licenses, zoning approval and liability insurance.
- They offer no measured local demand and say nothing about kennels that closed and why.
What it means: Use those guides for the general steps, then get local prices, zoning rules and insurance quotes yourself.
